  • 2 lbs Chicken WIngs
  • olive oil cooking spray

Dry Rub

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1.5 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon dried oregano

Garlic Buffalo Wing Sauce

Instructions

Wings

  • The first thing you are going to do is preheat the oven to 350 degrees convection or 450 degrees for a regular oven.
  • Wrap aluminum foil on a baking pan and use a light cooking spray on the tinfoil. Set aside.
  • While the oven is preheating you are going to prepare your wings. First, throughly rinse the chicken wings under cold water. Shake any excess water off and place them in a large bowl, set aside.
  • Prepare the dry rub by combining the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano (salt and pepper if using) in a separate bowl.
  • Using tongs, grab one chicken wing and drop it in the dry rub. Toss the wing until fully coated, then transfer the wing onto the tinfoil lined sheet pan.
  • Cook for 30 minutes total, flipping the wings every 10 minutes.

Garlic Buffalo Wing Sauce

  • This garlic buffalo sauce is super easy. Combine those three ingredients into a small saucepan and simmer.
  • You can whisk the ingredients together to help melt butter and fully combine ingredients.
  • Pour over wings in a medium bowl and toss until full coated. Serve right away!
