The first thing you are going to do is preheat the oven to 350 degrees convection or 450 degrees for a regular oven.
Wrap aluminum foil on a baking pan and use a light cooking spray on the tinfoil. Set aside.
While the oven is preheating you are going to prepare your wings. First, throughly rinse the chicken wings under cold water. Shake any excess water off and place them in a large bowl, set aside.
Prepare the dry rub by combining the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano (salt and pepper if using) in a separate bowl.
Using tongs, grab one chicken wing and drop it in the dry rub. Toss the wing until fully coated, then transfer the wing onto the tinfoil lined sheet pan.
Cook for 30 minutes total, flipping the wings every 10 minutes.
Garlic Buffalo Wing Sauce
This garlic buffalo sauce is super easy. Combine those three ingredients into a small saucepan and simmer.
You can whisk the ingredients together to help melt butter and fully combine ingredients.
Pour over wings in a medium bowl and toss until full coated. Serve right away!
