  • If you are using lavender flowers you will need to crush them before you mix the ingredients together. I like to use a medicine bowl for this. 
  • Once the flowers are crushed, mix in the baking soda until fully combined. 
  • Add in the essential oils next and stir again. You want everything to be fully blended. Next you will transfer this mixture to an airtight glass jar or container.
