Holiday White Candy Bark Recipe
Holiday White Candy Bark Recipe; A Festive White Chocolate Holiday Bark with Cranberry and Pistachio! This recipe will definitely be a crowd favorite this Christmas!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or oil of choice)
- 2 pkg White Baking Chips (or White chocolate chunks)
- 1½ cups Pistachios (crushed)
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
Instructions
- To start, line a 15x10x1 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Brush it with some coconut oil (or oil of choice). Set aside.
- Microwave white chocolate chips on high until melted, this usually takes a few minutes. Stir until smooth.
- Stir in the pistachios, dried cranberries and nutmeg. Spread into prepared pan.
- Chill in a freezer until completely firm. Break into pieces and serve!
