Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin cups or line with paper liners.
Then in a large bowl mix the sugar and the cinnamon. Open each biscuit roll and cut them into quarters. Add each piece to the sugar mixture and toss to coat. Add the coated biscuits into muffin cups, so they are about ⅔ full.
In a medium sized sauce pain, heat brown sugar and butter together over medium-low heat until melted, 3 to 5 minutes. Pour over each biscuit muffin.
Place the muffin tin into the oven. Bake in the preheated oven until dough is cooked through, about 20 - 25 minutes. When finished, cool for 10 minutes before serving.
For The Glaze
While cooking, make the white glaze. Whisk the ingredients together in a small bowl. Drizzle over the muffins while they are warm. Serve right away!
