The Best Healthy Pancake Recipe
Healthy fluffy soft delicious pancakes. Dairy free and Gluten Free. The secret is in the gluten free flour, almond milk and coconut oil!
Servings: 2 People
- 3/4 Cup Gluten Free Flour (or flour of choice)
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Pink Salt
- 1/2 Tbsp Organic Coconut Sugar (or fine grain sugar of choice)
- 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 Cup Almond Milk (or dairy free milk of choice)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil Melted
- Maple Syrup
In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
Make a well in the center and pour in mik, egg and melted coconut oil. Mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly greased frying pan (I used coconut oil) over medium heat. Scoop batter into frying pan using 1/4 cup for each pancake. Flip pancakes after 2-3 minutes or until light brown.
Serve immediately with maple syrup
