Vegan Banana Chocolate Mousse

Healthy dessert option to kill your chocolate craving. Easy and quick in the blender! {Dairy free, refined sugar free and gluten free}

Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Ripe Avocado Peel and Pit removed
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • ¼ cup raw cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 medjool dates pitted
  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Optional extras: coconut shavings, toasted sliced almonds, chia seeds, frozen mixed berries or cocoa nibs.

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor or strong blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to serving dish. Add toppings of choice.
