Almond Date Smoothie

This healthy and delicious almond butter and date smoothie is packed with protein and fibre. It's perfectly sweet and creamy, perfect for an on-the-go vegan breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large bananas
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 6 medjool dates remove pits
  • 2 tablespoons natural almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Remove peels from bananas and the pits from the medjool dates.
  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on medium speed until a smooth consistency occurs. (2-3 minutes)
  • Serve in two glasses.

Notes

To make one smoothie for yourself cut all ingredients in half! Add ice to make a colder smoothie.
