For the Homemade BBQ Sauce:
Combine all the homemade BBQ sauce ingredients into a blender. I like to use our magic bullet blender for making this. On slow, combine all these ingredients. Once fulled mixed set aside. Place this homemade BBQ sauce in a 1 quart pot. Bring this BBQ sauce mixture to a boil on high heat. Once boiling, reduce to a slow simmer. Place the pork butt into the sauce. Cover and Cook for 2 hours or until the meat pulls apart easily with a fork. You will want to flip the pork every so often to make sure its cooking throughout the pork. You will want an internal temp of 145 ºF.
Once it is cooked to 145 ºF and tender, remove the pork from the pot and place on a cutting board. Shred it apart using forks. Set it aside which you increase the heat of the homemade BBQ sauce in the pot. Bring it to a boil to reduce. Let the sauce boil down until it has been reduced by at least two thirds.
Once the sauce has been fully cooked. Return pork back into the pot and mix. Remove from heat. Serve on a toasted hamburg bun!
