Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pureed pumpkin (i used canned)
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder (i used pea protein powder)
  • 2 medjool dates pitted
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to drinking glass and enjoy!
