- 1 Large Ripe Avocado Peel and Pit removed
- 1 Ripe Banana
- ¼ cup raw cocoa powder
- ¼ cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 medjool dates pitted
- 2 teaspoon maple syrup
- Optional extras: coconut shavings, toasted sliced almonds, chia seeds, frozen mixed berries or cocoa nibs.
