Honey and hemp roasted almonds

- 2.5 cups Almonds Natural, unsalted
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoon Hemp seeds
- ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to bake 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or Silicone Mat. Heat honey in a sauce pan over low heat until melted. Add in all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Spread mixture over parchment paper evenly and bake in oven for 15-25 minutes. Watch carefully not to burn.
Remove from oven when golden in colour. Cool for 30 minutes or until hard.
