Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free quick oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop of your favourite vanilla protein
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl.
  • Cover and leave in fridge overnight.
  • Top with blueberries and enjoy!

Notes

* if you like your overnight oats sweeter, add in stevia or maple syrup
