CHOCOLATE DRIZZLED SUGAR COOKIES {VEGAN + GLUTEN FREE}

Soft and delicious gluten free and vegan sugar cookies with a dark chocolate drizzle. 

INGREDIENTS

– gluten free flour – Organic cane sugar – baking powder – melted coconut oil – coconut cream* (see notes) – agave – arrowroot powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add in wet ingredients and mix.

Knead dough until evenly combined. Roll out dough and cut cookies into desired shapes*

Place cookies on baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.

Cool for 15 minutes and drizzle melted chocolate if desired!
