GARLIC BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS

These buffalo chicken wings pack quite a bit of garlic punch. They're spicy, but if you're a garlic lover, this easy appetizer recipe is for you.

INGREDIENTS

– Wings -- Flour –Garlic Powder –Onion Powder – Dried Oregano – a pinch salt and pepper -- Butter -- Hot Sauce -- Minced Garlic

The first thing you are going to do is preheat the oven to 350 degrees convection or 450 degrees for a regular oven. Wrap aluminum foil on a baking pan and use a light cooking spray on the tinfoil. Set aside.

While the oven is preheating you are going to prepare your wings. First, throughly rinse the chicken wings under cold water. Shake any excess water off and place them in a large bowl, set aside.

Prepare the dry rub by combining the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano (salt and pepper if using) in a separate bowl.

Using tongs, grab one chicken wing and drop it in the dry rub. Toss the wing until fully coated, then transfer the wing onto the tinfoil lined sheet pan.

Cook for 30 minutes total, flipping the wings every 10 minutes.
