Did you know that you can marinate tofu like a steak? Did you know you can brush it with olive oil, create kabobs then grill it? Did you know you can blend it into a sauce to replace mayo or sour cream?
Cook the brown rice according to directions on package.Cut the tofu into slices and press with a clean dish towel (or paper towel) to remove excess fluid (press twice). Cut the tofu slices into small cubes.
