PINK BERRY MOUSSE RECIPE
This Pink Berry Mousse Recipe is an easy pink dessert recipe that is fluffy, eggless, and just melts in your mouth! Perfect for Valentine's day!

- 13 oz Raspberries or Strawberries Frozen is fine
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Whole or Whipping Cream
Slice the strawberries/raspberries. In a blender or food processor, combine the sliced strawberries and sugar; puree until smooth.
Remove ½ cup of puree and set aside. In a cold bowl, beat together the cream and puree until stiff peaks form.
Then fold in the remaining puree gently. Divide the mousse among your fancy serving glasses.
Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight, if desired. You can top with fresh sliced strawberries or raspberries, and serve.
