7 Layered  Mexican Dip

Made with refried beans mixture, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, cheese, tomatoes, and green onions! Perfect for parties and family events!

HOW TO MAKE 7 LAYERED MEXICAN DIP:

– Chunky salsa – Refried beans (canned) – Cream cheese (softened) – Sour cream – Taco seasoning – Guacamole (store bought is fine) – Shredded cheese – Tomatoes – Green onions

Drain Your Salsa

The first thing you want to do is drain your salsa in a mesh strainer. This will keep your dip from being overly watery.

1

Refried Bean Layer

Mix the refried bean mixture with ¼ cup of sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread this mixture on the bottom of your serving dish.

2

Cream Cheese Layer

Next, mix the remaining sour cream with softened cream cheese in a separate bowl. Then pour and spread this layer on top of the refried bean layer.

3

Salsa Layer

Next, spread your strained salsa as the next layer and your guacamole as the layer on top of the salsa

4

Remaining Toppings

Sprinkle with your shredded mozzarella cheese, and tomatoes, and finally top with the green onions!

5

This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to four days. The longer it is stored, the more the layers will bleed together and it can get a bit watery (just drain any excess liquid off).
