PINK MACAROON CUPCAKES

Delicate delicious cupcakes with pink cream, macaroons, and roses for Valentine's day.

PINK MACAROON CUPCAKES  INGREDIENTS:

– all-purpose flour – baking powder – baking soda – salt – white granulated sugar – butter – eggs – vanilla extract – buttermilk – red food coloring

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare your cupcake tin. Next, in a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

Add in the butter. I recommend using a mixer to combine all the ingredients here. Mix on a medium speed until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs.

Mix in the eggs one at a time. Add the vanilla and buttermilk, and stir. Add the red food coloring and stir until the pink color is achieved.

Scoop the batter into the prepared pan. You want to fill the cups half full. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until the tops spring back when lightly touched. Remove from oven, and set aside to cool.
