Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Salsa
  • 16 oz Refried beans (canned)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • ¾ cup Sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Guacamole (store bought is fine)
  • 1 cup (or more) Shredded cheese (I used mozerella)
  • ½ cup Tomatoes (I like cherry tomatoes)
  • 5 sliced Green onions

Instructions

  • The first thing you want to do is drain your salsa in a mesh strainer. This will keep your dip from being overly watery.
  • Next, you are going to prepare the refried bean layer. Mix the refried bean mixture with ¼ cup of sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread this mixture on the bottom of your serving dish.
  • Next, mix the remaining sour cream with softened cream cheese in a separate bowl. Then pour and spread this layer on top of the refried bean layer.
  • Next, spread your strained salsa as the next layer and your guacamole as the layer on top of the salsa.
  • Sprinkle with your shredded mozzarella cheese, and tomatoes, and finally top with the green onions!
