Cuisine Mexican
- 1 ½ Salsa
- 16 oz Refried beans (canned)
- 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
- ¾ cup Sour cream
- 3 tablespoon Taco seasoning
- 1 cup Guacamole (store bought is fine)
- 1 cup (or more) Shredded cheese (I used mozerella)
- ½ cup Tomatoes (I like cherry tomatoes)
- 5 sliced Green onions
The first thing you want to do is drain your salsa in a mesh strainer. This will keep your dip from being overly watery.
Next, you are going to prepare the refried bean layer. Mix the refried bean mixture with ¼ cup of sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread this mixture on the bottom of your serving dish.
Next, mix the remaining sour cream with softened cream cheese in a separate bowl. Then pour and spread this layer on top of the refried bean layer.
Next, spread your strained salsa as the next layer and your guacamole as the layer on top of the salsa.
Sprinkle with your shredded mozzarella cheese, and tomatoes, and finally top with the green onions!
