Slowly stir in the peanut butter and maple syrup so it melts completely. I used a whisk to make sure all the peanut butter clumps were completely dissolved
Whisk in cocoa powder. If your cocoa powder is older, you may need to swift it in to make sure there are no clumps before you add it to the hot almond milk.
