EASY CANDIED CRANBERRIES

This Easy Candied Cranberries Recipe is the perfect sugared cranberry recipe. Only three ingredients and quick to make!

– White Sugar – Fresh Cranberries – Water

INGREDIENTS

The first thing you are going to do is wash your cranberries and sort through them. Throw out any bad ones.

Make the simple syrup. In a medium saucepan on medium heat, add sugar and  water. Stirring continuously.  Make sure you do not boil! Remove from heat.

Stir the cranberries Use a slotted spoon and transfer cranberries to a wire rack

Let cranberries dry for about an hour. When they are fully dried, roll cranberries in remaining sugar until completely coated.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days! You can prep these ahead of time or make them right before your guests arrive.
