WALNUT AND CRANBERRY PINWHEELS RECIPE 

These Cranberry Walnut Pinwheels are the perfect make ahead Christmas appetizer or snack. Sweet filling with dried cranberries, with the crunch of walnuts all mixed in a creamy filling rolled in tortillas!

– cream cheese  – feta cheese – crushed walnuts  – dried cranberries – fresh rosemary  – flour tortillas

INGREDIENTS

The first thing you are going to do is place cream cheese in a small bowl and using a hand mixer beat until fluffy. Next you are going to add all the remaining ingredients, except for the flour tortillas and continue to mix

Next, lay out your tortillas and spread the mixture evenly leaving a ½″ border. Do not spread too thick or you will have trouble rolling them.

Roll each tortilla very tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (best if chilled for 24 hours).

Once ready, remove the plastic wrap and slice into pinwheels. If you are making ahead, I recommend cutting them after the 24 hours and keeping them in an air tight container until ready to serve.
