Such a simple yet elegant way to clean up the side of your house! You can install a raised garden bed here to make it even better! Beautiful flower bed adds a pop of color among these perennials! Simple block border and brown mulch.
I love love LOVE this idea! Pebble pathway for water from the rain spout. I always find that there is a puddle under the rain spout so this will definitely encourage it to drain away from your house... which is so important for floods!
I don't even have words for this gorgeous curb appeal. Everything about this home's exterior is breath taking. Although, I do feel like none of this is DIY inspired, there is too much perfection here! The evergreens, bushes, flower pots, all are placed to perfection. And this walkway is a work of art.
These boxwood bushes will grow to create a fence like appearance around this house. The brown mulch adds for a low-maintenance landscape creating a weed free area. Great front-yard design here.
Again with the beautiful walk way to the front porch. Boxwood bushes line the way. Beautiful and low maintenance front-yard garden.
Simple little addition of a front yard garden that is easy to create and maintain. The pebbles work to stop and aggressive weed growth, The hostas will grow every year, no yearly planting required!

This retaining wall is absolutely stunning. A great way to elevate a garden or eliminate slopes in your lawn. I know this is a backyard photo but retaining walls are SO common near driveways so I wanted to include this in this post.
This unique and modern walkway really adds interest and texture to this front of home. If you are able to keep the pebbles in place, its another great way to avoid having to weed whack this area. Now it just needs some landscape lighting!
Bring on these beautiful blooms. Gorgeous flowers really pull together a front yard landscape. The hydrangeas are also a great affordable shrub that really adds elegance to your garden! And of course, I need to mention the retaining wall, it's stunning and really elevates the luxury of this home's exterior.
Such a beautiful walkway using block pavers to form a curvy interest. Block pavers are an easy, and luxurious way to add interest to your home's curb appeal. The shrubs and bushes definitely line the walk way beautifully but would definitely need a lot of yearly maintenance to keep up the shape and reduce weeds. I would suggest adding in some mulch, instead of only dirt, if you are not planting flowers here.
Wow these large stone steps are beautiful. Super expensive in my opinion but really have a wow factor about them. Such a welcoming feel leading up to the entrance of any home. Your guests surely will enjoy this pathway!
Rustic vibes with these boulders as a border around this garden. These ones may be a little too big for this area but it definitely gives a beautiful curb appeal. I also lobe how these rocks really match the stone on the exterior of the house.
This is a garden I would want, such colorful flowers and annuals. The greenery really add a sophisticated feel to this entrance. You can just tell that the homeowner takes pride in the gardens of this home. I bet their lawn is perfection too!
This entrance makes me think royalty. The brick walkway is perfectly layed our with a small garden on either side. These beauty of this walkway makes up for the small yard and levels up the
There is a whole lot going on in this front yard but it works! Everything leads to a front patio that probably has a cute little seating area. The evergreen plants, shade trees, and stones work well together here.

We recently bought our dream home, but it’s a bit of a fixer upper, we filled a dumpster rental with all the weeds and dead plants that were left in the yard. I’m so excited to make it beautiful, thank you for sharing these ideas!

They're all attractive, but hardly qualify as "genius." The majority of the yards are clearly the work of very good, high quality professional landscapers, and undoubtably the homeowners of most of the properties have pros come in regularly and do the yard work. If one has the income to make their property so beautiful in the first place, they generally also have the income to have others come in and take care of it so they don't have to do the hard work themselves (I get it, I'd do the very same thing!)
