Hi Beauties!
Guess what. I have a another pumpkin recipe for you! Are you surprised? At least this time it is loaded with MOIST (yes I dropped the M word) chocolatey goodness. And best part... all healthy ingredients! SCORE. Pumpkin Spice Brownies coming right up!
The past couple of weeks I have only been posting twice instead of the promised three posts a week original schedule and I am sorry for that. I am trying to figure some things out with my blog and am having a hard time keeping up with the three posts a week tradition.
I have been going back and forth, trying to decide if I should create only two posts a week that contain high quality content or continue to stress over posting three times a week.
I am finding it to be a lot harder now managing my behind the scene tasks while publishing 3 posts a week. What do you guys think!? Comment below 🙂 and give me some advice PLEASE! {Update: I reduced the amount of posts per week to keep my sanity}
Anyways back to the brownies!
Pumpkin spice brownies ingredients:
How simple? Only four!! You probably already have them in your pantry anyways.. so go ahead and whip them up today without a grocery run!
How to make these brownies:
It is actually pretty simple.. all you have to do is throw all the ingredients listed above into a blender (or you could even use a hand blender because everything is already in a puree form).
Once everything is well mixed, you place in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes (or until crisp on the top and soft on the inside). Once done, remove from your oven, cool and serve. Simple right?!
Simple recipes are legit my favourite recipes to make.. minimal mess.. minimal measuring.. my kind of game!
Mix all these ingredients in a bowl, or use a hand blender (this blender is my favourite). Then bake! And you have soft chewy autumn flavoured brownies that everyone will love.

Very true, vegan can be surprisingly expensive but It is worth it! Try taking the time to plan your meals out in advance, I found it more cost effective and timely to meal prep! Hope that helps 🙂
