Losing weight is so hard. I am queen-b of the yoyo diet. What’s the yoyo diet you may ask? Its when you go hardcore on a healthy diet than “treat” yourself to a cheat day that actually ends up lasting a few days, then you say eff it and your cheat day ends up being a week long… then you get depressed and snap yourself back into full force healthy diet mode again… the cycle repeats and repeats and repeats HENCE a “yo-yo” effect. If you’re not a breakfast person and you feel nauseous in the mornings, my best advice for you is to try and eat anyways. Get your body into the routine of eating early in the morning and your stomach will adapt. You can even try something small like adding a tbsp of coconut oil into your morning coffee. I know sounds gross, but don’t knock until you try it! This healthy fat will kick your metabolism into digestion mode without you even having to eat anything. PLUS coconut oil has so many healthy benefits for your soon to be hot bod.
