I love matcha. In the wintertime, I usually make vanilla matcha lattes and they are amazing. In the summertime, I prefer iced matcha lattes. When I first started drinking matcha, I only liked it on ice, but now I have slowly started drinking it warm too after I found David's Tea.
David's Tea was great because they had different flavours that made my taste buds jump for joy! The Peach Matcha is to dieeee for.
Today was hot. Very hot. It was the perfect summer day, which is why I wanted a summery (is that even a word?) drink to sip on while sitting in the sun.
So I opted for some freshly squeezed pineapple juice with matcha. It was actually a perfect combination! I have never had matcha in juice before but it actually worked!
The sweet/sour taste of the pineapple really complemented the matcha's strong earthy taste. This concoction got me really excited for all the other possibilities when it comes to experimenting with matcha!
