The free download includes two full-color printable sheets with nine tags on each page. You can choose from brighter cream-background designs, kraft-style tags and several You've Been Boo'd options, then print only the page you want or use all 18 tags.

What Is Included in the Free Download
Every tag has a To and From area and a small marked circle at the top for hole punching. The file includes a mix of friendly, cute and slightly spooky styles, so you can match the tag to the basket and recipient.

Supplies for Printing and Assembling the Tags
You only need a few basic supplies:
- A color printer
- White cardstock that is compatible with your printer
- Sharp scissors or a paper trimmer
- A single-hole punch
- Ribbon, baker's twine, or string
- A pen or marker for the To and From lines
Regular printer paper will work in a pinch, but cardstock gives the tags enough structure to hang neatly. Check your printer manual before using very heavy paper. If you want adhesive labels instead of hanging tags, print on full-sheet sticker paper and cut around each design.
How to Print and Use Boo Basket Tags
- Open the PDF. Click the download button above and save the two-page file to your computer or device.
- Choose the page you want. Print page one, page two or both pages, depending on which tag styles you prefer.
- Set up the print window. Select US Letter paper, color, single-sided printing and Fit or Fit to printable area. Use your printer's best-quality setting if available.
- Print one test page. Check the color, margins and final size before printing extra copies.
- Cut and punch. Let the ink dry, cut along the gray outside border of each tag, then punch through the small circle at the top.
- Personalize and attach. Write the recipient and giver on the To and From lines, thread ribbon or twine through the hole, and tie the tag onto the basket handle, gift bag or package.

White cardstock is the best all-around choice because it makes the tags sturdier than regular printer paper. Use a weight your home printer supports, and choose a matte finish if you want the To and From lines to be easy to write on.

Yes. Select A4 in your print window and choose Fit or Fit to printable area. The final tags and margins may be slightly different from a US Letter printout, so print one test page first.
Make sure the paper size is set to US Letter or A4 and select Fit or Fit to printable area. Actual Size can print the current PDF on its small original canvas instead of enlarging it to the selected paper.
The current PDF is not an editable template. Print the tags, then add names by hand on the To and From lines.
Yes. Use matte full-sheet sticker paper that works with your printer, select Fit, let the ink dry and cut around each tag. You can then peel and stick the labels onto bags or boxes instead of punching a hole.
Tape the tag to the front of the basket, clip it to the edge with a small clothespin or tie it around one wrapped item inside the basket.
