Hi beauties!
Coming at you with my go to easy snack recipe. Currently I am loving everything about no bake energy balls. They are super easy to make, and are a great "quick grab" snack while you're running out the door.
My favourite part about making energy balls is that you can switch up a few ingredients and have a completely different delicious recipe. You literally can never get bored of them!
The only thing that I dread each time I go to make these balls is the mess. They are super messy to make and you have to get your hands into them. Rolling sticky nut butter balls in your hands isn't the funniest thing in the world to be honest, but I mean some people may enjoy it so who knows!

So What is Maca powder?
Maca powder comes from a plant found in Peru. It has become super popular recently in the health community because of the amazing benefits. It is packed with several vitamins and minerals. Many people are adding it to baked goods and smoothies.
I started adding Maca Powder into my recipes back when we were trying to get pregnant last year. It took us a while to get pregnant so I was constantly doing research on ways to help our fertility and this powder was one on the list. It is said that Maca powder helps to balance estrogen/progesterone as well as increase libido and sexual function!
Other benefits include fighting free radicals, increasing energy and endurance, improving mood and stabilizing blood pressure. So why not add this easy powder to your daily routine!
And this best part.. it has a caramel like taste! Which is why I called these energy balls salted caramel energy balls!

So with that being said, I hope you enjoyed this easy no bake snack recipe!
