- All-purpose flour
- water
- Naked unsalted almonds
- Raspberry jam (or strawberry jam) or red decorating gel
- salt (optional)

The first thing you are going to do is preheat your oven according to your shortbread dough package. It is usually around 350 degrees. Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or your silicone mat and set aside.
Next, open your short bread dough. Sprinkle your all-purpose flour onto your clean counter. Roll out and knead the dough until flat. Then divide the dough for the fingers. Roll the dough into a worm like line (the finger shape), I just use my hands for this part. You may need to use the water here on your hands so the dough does not stick to you! Place the dough logs onto the parchment paper.
