Yes yes I have another cookie recipe for you. I love baking cookies, any time of the year. My favourite thing about baking cookies is that you can change up the ingredients and make new creations! I also love that you can use healthier ingredients so you feel less guilty about eating them!

These cookies are definitely one of my favourites yet though! I love the golden crisp texture, with the chewy soft inside. And the extra nutty crunch from the macadamia nuts really puts your taste buds into a heavenly state.

This dough is also amazingly delicious. The best part about baking without any eggs is that you can literally eat all the batter by the spoonful is your feeling in. I ate a little too much while baking and almost didn't have enough cookies to make this post. OPPS. #sorrynotsorry
The Ingredients for These Chocolate Chunk Macadamia Cookies Include:
- Dark Chocolate Chunks (Vegan)
- Macadamia Nuts
- Oat Flour
- Medjool Dates (pureed with some water)
- Nut Butter (of your choice)
- Baking Soda
- Vanilla
- Coconut oil

When making these cookies, you can probably make them less crunchy by making the cookies a little thicker then you put them on the baking tray. I just love more of a crispy cookie, so a lot of my cookies are more on the think side in comparison to the a more fuller cookie that is moist and chewy. Up to you and your preferences though!
Also, I know you guys are probably going crazy with all my Christmas round up posts this month, but I always like to get my main Christmas posts out in November so that people can find them useful once December hits when they will be needing them! I use to post all my Christmas posts in December but a lot of people had a hard time finding what they were looking for early in December, SO I decided to try something a little different this year!
